Honoring Your Birth Story Group Workshop

Service Description

Join us in a supportive space to explore your unique story into parenthood, and begin the process of exploring your birth story. This workshop focuses on using guided prompts to explore how you felt - not just what happened. Through conversation, writing prompts and a guided meditation closing you will uncover moments of power, pride, fear and healing. Your mental health is our priority and there will be a focus on calming the nervous system and moving the energy out of your body to ensure you leave feeling grounded, connected and supported.
