Fourth Trimester Foundations: Preparing for Postpartum
Build a strong foundation for postpartum wellness by preparing for the sacred fourth trimester

Prepare prenatally for the fourth trimester with a two-hour introduction to the sacred fourth trimester, including:

Newborn care in the first 6 weeks​

What to expect for yourself in the first 6 weeks

Holistic strategies to support your own physical, emotional and hormonal recovery after birth

Introduction to baby wearing and the benefits of babywearing

Introduction to feeding your newborn, including breast/chestfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping.

Preparing your relationship(s) for postpartum, including communication, boundary setting and supporting one another

Tools to enhance resiliency, emotional regulation and hormones in the fourth trimester

Developing a "Postpartum Vacation Plan" to support your overall mental health in the fourth trimester
