Postpartum Support

My belief is that every person entering parenthood deserves to be surrounded in love, community and compassion. The transition to motherhood (or parenthood) is the single greatest transition across the lifespan, and no one should walk this journey alone.

As a Postpartum Doula, my goal is to support you in the early stages of parenthood where you can feel healthy, empowered and confident in caring for yourself, and your baby. 

Fourth Trimester Foundations: Prenatal Prep for Postpartum

Build a strong foundation for postpartum wellness by preparing for the sacred fourth trimester

$100/session (2 hours)
  • Prepare prenatally for the fourth trimester with a two-hour introduction to the sacred fourth trimester, including:

    • Newborn care in the first 6 weeks​

    • What to expect for yourself in the first 6 weeks

    • Holistic strategies to support your own physical, emotional and hormonal recovery after birth

    • Introduction to baby wearing and the benefits of babywearing

    • Introduction to feeding your newborn, including breast/chestfeeding, bottle feeding and pumping. 

    • Preparing your relationship(s) for postpartum, including communication, boundary setting and supporting one another

    • Tools to enhance resiliency, emotional regulation and hormones in the fourth trimester

    • Developing a "Postpartum Vacation Plan" to support your overall mental health in the fourth trimester

  • Access to a Google Drive with dozens of reliable resources on all things postpartum, from newborn care and strategies to your own healing.

​

  • Access to a comprehensive Postpartum Resource Guide to help feel informed in the first 6 weeks. 

​

  • Sessions are recommended in the third trimester, and multiple sessions can be scheduled if desired.

Empowered Beginnings
In home Postpartum Care

Offering guidance, education, and emotional encouragement during the transition into parenthood. With a focus on empowerment and connection, I can help you build confidence, share knowledge, establish routines, and navigate the early postpartum period with care and compassion.

$40/hour (2 hour minimum)
  • Providing in-home support with anything you need to feel supported in the early stages of parenthood including:

    • ​​Support and guidance with breast/chestfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding including maintaining supply.

    • Support with newborn care including guidance for navigating common newborn concerns from a holistic perspective, such as sleep, skin dryness, fussiness, baby wearing and bonding.

    • Help with light housework such as vacuuming, tidying the kitchen or meal prep. 

    • Guidance and support for your own physical, emotional and mental recovery.

    • Mental health assessments to identify for any areas of concern, and support with referrals to necessary supports. 

    • ​Emotional support and community as you navigate early parenthood​

  • Access to a Google Drive with dozens of reliable resources on all things postpartum, from newborn care and strategies to your own healing.

​

  • Access to a comprehensive Postpartum Resource Guide to help feel informed in the first 6 weeks. 

​

  • Sessions can be booked in advance (prenatally) or based on availability. It is recommended to confirm availability prior to the arrival of your baby to ensure support is available and established for you!

​

  • Support is booked for 1 month at a time and up to 6 months. 

Your Virtual Village

Are you concerned about feeling overwhelmed in early parenthood, lost by all the conflicting information or worried about feeling isolated? With weekly check-ins, ongoing text and phone support, and biweekly video calls, I am here to help ease the overwhelm and offer a steady sense of connection, care, and encouragement—because you shouldn’t have to do this alone.

$500
  • 8 weeks of virtual postpartum support to provide comfort, connection, reassurance, guidance and evidence-based information so you can feel wrapped in support, and build your confidence in early parenthood

  • Two in-home postpartum visits within the first 3 weeks postpartum to provide hands-on physical and emotional support, guidance and care.

  • ​

  • Availability for text/phone/email support for all your questions or concerns

​

  • Weekly text check-ins to identify any concerns and celebrate your successes

​

  • Biweekly (or weekly) video calls to check-in, connect and chat over a cup of tea without the hassle of leaving your home. 

​

  • Available to provide support, guidance and evidence-based information pertaining to:

    • Your own physical, emotional and mental recovery in the fourth trimester​

    • Newborn concerns, care and comfort techniques from a holistic perspective

    • Support and guidance with breast/chestfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding

    • Mental health assessments and identification of tools to help you regulate in parenthood

    • Emotional support, compassion and connection

  • Access to a Google Drive with dozens of reliable resources on all things postpartum, from newborn care and strategies to your own healing.

​

  • Access to a comprehensive Postpartum Resource Guide to help feel informed in the first 6 weeks, including a Postpartum Workbook to build your own Postpartum Plan.​​​​
